The hotel’s 24-hour reception proved invaluable, particularly for those late-night arrivals. Each interaction with the staff, from check-in to luggage storage, was polite and responsive. I appreciated the convenience of having a bar/lounge area for informal meetings, providing a relaxed setting. Breakfast served until 11 AM on weekends offered a flexible start to the day, catering to varying schedules. The fitness center was well-maintained and provided a good outlet after long hours of meetings. The gym’s variety of equipment, including Peloton bikes and free weights, was impressive and useful for quick workouts. Proximity to both shopping and the Orpheum Theatre allowed for an engaging evening experience post-work.
